Elizabeth is an experienced psychologist who works with individuals across the lifespan, with a particular focus on supporting adolescents and adults. She utilises a range of evidence-based therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy, to support clients in achieving meaningful and lasting outcomes.
Elizabeth brings a warm and empathetic therapeutic style, working collaboratively with clients to support them in moving toward meaningful and achievable goals. She has clinical experience in treating a diverse range of presentations and accepts bookings for individuals aged 12+.
Qualifications:
Elizabeth is a Registered Psychologist and holds full registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA). Elizabeth holds a Bachelor of Psychology and a Diploma of Psychological Practice. She has also completed a Diploma in Strategic Psychotherapy and Clinical Hypnosis through the Institute of Applied Psychology. She is an accredited service provider with Medicare and a member of the Australian Hypnotherapists Association.
