Elsa is a generally registered Psychologist with AHPRA and is currently completing her Clinical Registrar program toward clinical endorsement. Elsa has experience working across both private and public settings and is passionate about supporting children, adolescents, and young adults, alongside families and carers. She offers a warm, collaborative approach and enjoys helping young people navigate emotional, behavioural, developmental, and life challenges in a supportive and developmentally appropriate way. Elsa accepts bookings for children aged 5+, adolescents, and young adults. 


Elsa works with children, adolescents, and young adults experiencing:


  • Anxiety

  • Low mood and depression

  • Emotional regulation difficulties

  • School-related concerns, including school refusal and learning challenges

  • Neurodivergence, including ADHD and autism

  • Trauma and stress-related concerns

  • Behavioral difficulties and anger management

  • Self-esteem and bullying

  • Life transitions and adjustment challenges

  • Grief and loss

  • Family and parenting support


Therapeutic approaches


Elsa draws on evidence-based therapies tailored to each client’s needs, including:

  • Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)

  • Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)

  • Play-based and developmentally informed therapy

  • Trauma-informed approaches


Availability

Elsa is available for appointments Tuesday to Friday and welcomes referrals for clients across the lifespan, with a particular interest in working with young people and families.
